Where The Delicious Tastes Even Better!

La Casa is located in the pleasant upmarket area of The Waterfront @ Desa Parkcity which has many retail shops, cafes and restaurants. I visited this new area with my friends and ended having a wonderful dinner at this restaurant which has a pleasant and relaxing ambiance.

Sitting in the restaurant is spread through three areas, the front section, the main dining hall and the outdoor area with a view of a lush green park and lake.

Comfortable indoor dining area

This restaurant has an exciting colorful menu with a mixture of meat and seafood dishes with lots of pasta and pizza. For starters, we had the warm and hearty Pumpkin Soup. It’s creamy but not too heavy.

La Casa has a distinctive way of cooking this Oxtail Soup. The soup is boiled together with potatoes and carrots, served with a piece of toasted bread – RM18. The meat was tender after being boiled for hours and the soup is thicker. It is so flavorful that I wiped it all clean of the plate with the bread.

Our choice of salad was the fresh Greek Salad consisting  of cucumber, capsicum, tomato, onion, black olive, fetta cheese and oregano vinaigrette – RM17.

Wow the black sesame dessert looks super interesting! I think black sesame is the most underrated flavour ever; apart from the Japs & the organic food purveyors, no one has caught up fast enough.

foodbin - The pumpkin soup is nice too but I still prefer the oxtail soup.

Big Boys Oven - It’s true, not easy to find a restaurant with good food and desserts.

allenooi - I also need to eat too when holidaying in KL, right?… haha

New Kid On The Blog - Mark this place in your makan list…it will come in handy when you are visiting KL.

mimid3vils - There are also other dishes with reasonable prices too…plus their servings are quite large.

superwilson - Do try out the food if you are visiting this area again. What I had eaten on that night was simply great. Take care too!
