Brewed coffee is best taken black and I always take mine without sugar and milk, just in its pure form. The syphon brewed coffee was aromatic; the acidity was desirable and has a sharp, pleasing aftertaste.

Cakes available for the day

Brew Drip Coffee
This drip method uses the paper filter. Hot water is poured over the high quality Italian ground coffee beans contained in the paper filter. I find this cuppa less bodied compared to the one brewed by the syphon method.

hmmm… the drip coffee looks like the vietnamese coffee…
But the sure thing is.. This place sure gets my vote for a nice cup of coffee for a change..

Geeee… the most expensive coffee in the world can get it in Penang at this price?? Sure ah??? I tot is USD100 and some more with a cert leh! Must tell hubby to try this out.

I have tried the kopi luwak, the aroma and taste is fatastic! I have passed some Dimbulah coffee beans to Terry recently, you may keen to try it out. Will get him some Highlander beans end of this months.

I saw this type of coffee making in ‘Tai O’ in Hong Kong. But did not have time to try.

Last week in Muar we had ice drip coffee. Very unique and nice. It will be on my post on our trip in Muar.

RM50 per cup I figure. Last time in Bali also about RM30-RM40 for a small cup.
Though I had my doubts on its authenticity and quality.
