One of the newest bakeries in town is FourSeason Bakery. Located in Straits Quay Penang, this neighborhood bakery offers freshly baked breads and a wide variety of other delicious cakes and pastries to fill your hunger cravings. It is also an ideal place for a light lunch or tea.
Freshness, and quality is a guarantee and about 50 to 60 varieties of bread are baked daily with the finest possible ingredients. There is no usage of shortening, margarine, preservatives or essence at the FourSeason!
There are many creative and healthy choices that will delight your taste buds. The popular items are the Sundried Roma Tomatoes (RM6) and Ham & Cheese (RM9). Others include the Frankfurter (RM4.50), Red Bean (2.50), Parsley Loaf, Turkey Ciabatta, and Petite Sausage Bun (RM2).
Another crowd favorite is the packet of green tea buns filled with homemade red bean paste of bolder flavor and creamy texture, which is priced at RM5.

The Sundried Roma Tomatoes with Ham & Cheese has all the flavors balanced out nicely in chewy goodness. The texture is perfectly done and the flavor is enjoyable with the savory and tangy sundried tomatoes.

Other irresistible treats are the Tarte Normande, Black Pepper Pineapple tart, Ganache, Cheese cake and the Tarte Au Lait (RM5 for a pack of two). Customers can enjoy choices of butter, cheese and cheese spread from President to complement the loaves of bread and buns.
The cakes, bread, pastries and desserts can be enjoyed with a choice of cold or hot beverages. FourSeason serves Earl Grey, English Breakfast tea and coffee Vergnano 1882.
Owner Joshlyn Beh opened the bakery a few months back, and the place is already drawing in the crowd. She scoured together a range of products, everything from olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Bonne Maman Chestnut jam, cans of UCC coffee, Aqua Panna mineral water to wines for the convenience of the customers. Besides serving to walk-in customers, this bakery supplies their products to groceries and restaurants.
Shelves are stocked with plenty of products
There is indoor and relaxed open-air seating space to cater for customers. There is not much signage to indicate its location, however just head towards the southern side of the mall. The bakery is housed between Berlin’s Bier Houz and Finnegan’s.
