Tiffins is preparing a luxurious five-course gourmet dinner complete with bubbly and entertainment. An interesting dish is the sea urchin in shell, which is stuffed with jumbo crab meat, scallops, prawn noodle and diced veggie tossed with creamy dressing. Another noteworthy dish is the Wagyu beef tenderloin, served with a rich red wine sauce. For the perfect finish, it is Chocolate Delight with dark pitted cherry compote and warm banana pudding. The price is RM348++ per person and RM318++ for Parkroyal Prestige members.

On New Year’s Day, Tamarind Brasserie will serve a buffet lunch at RM78++ per adult and RM38++ per child. The buffet dinner is a must for seafood lovers as it features an extensive seafood spread of grilled lobsters, prawns and fresh oysters. The price is RM125++ per adult and RM58++ per child.
