Coming 6th June 2016 to 5th July 2016, E & O Hotel in Penang is offering its Selera Kampung Ramadhan Buffet dinner at Sarkies.
Do show up hungry as food is aplenty on the lavish buffet. A different menu is introduced each day and it includes Western classics as well as a wide selection of Asian and local delights.
Long counters and islands are laden with dishes. At one corner are salads and platters of smoked salmon, mussel saba and chicken roll. There are also the assorted ulam ulam served with sambal kicap, cincaluk, sambal budu, tempoyak and sambal mango.
Besides the delicacies of the sea, meat-eaters can look forward to a selection of cajun roasted herb sirloin, slow roasted lamb with spice and percik roasted chicken from the carvery section.
From the hot section corner, there is a wide range on offer; ayam kacang bersantan, rendang daging, udang goreng rempah and sotong masak hitam manis. The action stalls serve up gulai kawah, kambing panggang and satay. For those who like lamb, the kambing panggang is an excellent choice.
For the sweet-toothed, there is a spread of cakes, pudding, and traditional Malay kuih. Ais kacang and ice cream are also served besides hot items of red bean sweet soup.
The Selera Kampung Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM133.30nett (adult) and RM60.95nett (child). The hotel is offering an early bird discount of 20% on total food bill for booking from 6th June to 12th June 2016 (booking period from 25th May to 6th June).
