Guinness Flavor By Fire Festival- Penang Chapter 2023 took place on 2nd and 3rd September 2023 at Fort Cornwallis in Georgetown Penang. The two-day festival features Penang’s much-loved chefs and culinary partners, open-flame grills, and taps serving smooth & creamy Guinness Draught.

It was great to find a good selection of Guinness-infused flame-cooked creations from big names of restaurant players such as Smoke Papa BBQ, White Smoke, Roku the Taco Bar, DreamBurger, Three Tiers, Firewood Penang, Foxhole 24 and KAO BBQ. Other good things include the presence of celebrity chefs Johnny Fua and Sherson Lian of Kitchen Mafia from Kuala Lumpur.
The event has succeeded in attracting many visitors, with many comforted with the food and Guinness besides winning merchandises in the Long Bar Challenge. The performances by local artists also adds an extra element of excitement to the event. It was indeed a memorable Guinness experience for all visitors and invited guests.
