You will find the irresistibly cute little yellow E-nions standing among a wide variety of gorgeous Christmas treats on the buffet table, such as the traditional roast turkey, beef Wellington and Yule log. The array of delectable spreads is prepared by executive sous chef Daniel Tan.

The assorted terrines with their visually stunning presentation most certainly help work up one’s appetite. The duck terrine is made with apricot, prunes and raisins while the seafood terrine has spectrum of seafood flavors – seabass, squid, scallops and prawns. The vegetable terrine has light layers of cauliflower, carrot and broccoli beautifully held together.

These terrines are marvellous eaten with cream fruit sauce and onion tomato salsa.

On top of that, the buffet also includes cold seafood display filled with bountiful seafood: snow crab leg, Canadian red lobster, oysters and mussels. Piping-hot soup is also available with choices of wild turkey chowder and wild mushroom chowder. There is also pasta cooking station, grilled and carvery stations.

Sample the main courses which include lobster thermidor, beef Wellington and smoked chicken salami. The lobster thermidor is an interesting offering alongside the many traditional Christmas delicacies. The mixture of cooked lobster meat with cheese offers a creamy indulgence.

The highlight of the buffet is the oven roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing, accompanied by roast baby potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, cranberry sauce and flavor-packed giblet gravy. It is just about impossible to refuse a second serving of this delicacy.

The beef Wellington encased in golden brown flaky puff pastry is served with beef gravy. This goes really well with the side of greens like the brussels sprouts, carrot and asparagus.

Swez Brasserie’s Christmas Eve buffet dinner is priced at RM138++ per adult and RM69++ per child.  It includes a glass of house wine or mocktail and party pack. Early birds will also receive a free bottle of wine with a minimum reservation for five persons, and payment made before Dec 20. Besides the Christmas meal, diners will have the opportunity to win lucky draw prizes.

 On Christmas Day, the high-tea is priced at RM68++ per adult and RM34++ per child. Also worth checking out is the Christmas Day buffet dinner priced at RM80++ per adult and RM40++ per child.

There will also be carol singing by the Eastin Carolers.
